The Lambert Institute produces and confers satirical novelty credentials, decorative diplomas, humorous awards, and ceremonial honorary recognitions strictly for entertainment, personal celebration, and gifting purposes.

Important Notice: No product, diploma, certificate, or title conferred by the Institute constitutes an accredited academic degree, professional license, government qualification, or legally binding certification. The Lambert Institute is not an accredited university, college, or statutory licensing board. All Latin mottoes, heraldic seals, and ceremonial titles are works of creative parody and decorative art.

Our order process on this website is facilitated and fulfilled by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy LLC (collectively “Lemon Squeezy”).

• Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all direct transactions and is responsible for payment processing, PCI-DSS security compliance, and tax calculation (including Sales Tax, VAT, and GST where applicable).
• Your purchase is subject to Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms and Conditions in addition to these Terms of Service.

All prices displayed on our website are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. All products and services provided by The Lambert Institute on this website are 100% digital goods and electronic services (including high-resolution PDF documents, vector assets, cryptographic QR records, and public register listings). The Institute does not sell, manufacture, or ship physical goods.

Standard individual recognition credentials and corporate team recognition suites are generated and indexed electronically within seconds upon payment confirmation via on-screen download links and automated transactional email.

All certificate templates, typographic arrangements, vector seals, crests, brand names, and satirical copy are the exclusive intellectual property of The Lambert Institute.

Upon successful purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, view, and display the purchased digital document for personal enjoyment or gifting to the designated recipient. You may not resell, sub-license, extract graphics from, or commercially distribute Institute credentials without prior written authorization.

As a condition of purchase and use, you explicitly agree and warrant that you will not:

• Present, submit, or represent any Lambert Institute credential to any employer, educational institution, licensing authority, immigration agency, or court of law as a genuine academic degree or statutory qualification.
• Use the Institute's services or credentials for deceptive practices, fraud, identity forgery, harassment, or unlawful extortion.

The Lambert Institute provides its website and digital goods on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The Lambert Institute, its officers, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
